Cancellation and Inclement Weather Policy

To cancel a lesson, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice via phone, text, or email. Cancellations made within this time frame will receive a credit toward a future lesson. Please note that make-up lessons must be scheduled within one month of the original date.

Refunds are not offered, and we respectfully request that clients avoid booking duplicate lessons to prevent accidental double charges.

In cases of inclement weather, Tennis 4 Kidz follows the United States Tennis Association guidelines. You will be promptly notified by text or email if a lesson is canceled due to weather, and a credit will be issued for rescheduling.
